Refund Policy

For purchases made from Velorist, you may request a refund within a specific number of days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once your refund request is approved, the product must be returned to us. After the returned products are inspected and found to be in acceptable condition, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. All shipping fees and logistical costs incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer; these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
